Al Khalaf Village
The village of Al Khalaf in Aseer is spread across an area of 10 km, and lies 120 km away from the city of Abha.
. It is home to the famous Kharaq Umm Khurma, Al-Matar archaeological mosque, Al-Qatfa mosque, and circular reservoirs carved in the rock that contains the well of Barha, or Bani Hilal. These are located in the village of Al Dhaher and are hand-carved. It is 20 meters deep and has water available throughout the year.
